To be holy means to be set apart.
This is water set apart. Not arbitrarily but through prayer. We have asked the God of all creation to bless this water for you.
Our bodies are real and require water, but they contain more than just the physical. They also hold the spiritual. So while your body is getting the hydration it needs, your soul is getting the blessing it needs. Blessings come from above.
